Villa Licari Stagnone Boutique Guest House
Our guest house, very close to Marsala, offers 4 independent rooms just renovated and furnished with a simple but elegant design. For your convenience, each room has a private bathroom.
The rooms are named after 4 winds that blow on the Stagnone lagoon:
Levante, Scirocco, Mistral and Tramontana.
The Villa also offers a large communal kitchen area, composed of a kitchenette and a breakfast preparation corner. Breakfast is served in a spacious furnished veranda, with a panoramic view. The attic on the rooftop has a 360 ° view of the Stagnone lagoon and the whole surrounding area.
Every Guest Room has:
- 1 Double bed with sommier or, alternatively, 2 Single beds with sommier, equipped with pillowcases, sheets, and duvet.
- Private in-room bathroom, with spacious shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
- Italian breakfast included, based on delicious local products.
- Fast Wi-Fi connection on the whole premises.
- Air Conditioning (hot or cool).
- LCD Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube, and Google.
- Electric kettle and complimentary courtesy kit with herbal teas, chamomile, etc.

The 4 Rooms of our Guest House
The four rooms of our Guest House, all independent from each other, have a cozy yet simple design and are furnished with functional elements. They have been designed to satisfy the needs of short-to-medium stay travelers, couples, families with children, and Sport travelers who visit Lo Stagnone lagoon to practice kitesurfing as well as other sports.
Levante
Levante is a cool and humid wind typical of the
Mediterranean, where it blows from East to West,
following the flow of the day.
Scirocco
The Scirocco is a warm wind that flows from
South-East, passing through Marsala
in the direction of the Aeolian Islands.
Maestrale
The Mistral is a legendary wind,
it blows from North-West driving navigation
since the most ancient times.
Tramontana
The Tramontana is a fresh wind that
comes directly from the Alps,
blowing from the North direction.

Our Guesthouse’s Bed & Breakfast formula comprehends a delicious Italian breakfast, always included in the room price. Breakfast is served daily to all guests from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m in full compliance with all national and regional rules and regulations in reference to all the most recent health and hygiene provisions and obligations in force.
